Spanish 1: Review WB p.26. Discuss and take notes on definite and indefinite articles. Completed WB p.27. Began Articles Handout.

Spanish 2: Reviewed WB pages 16-17. Reviewed vocabulary and comparisons. Completed WB pages 18-19 and 22.

Spanish 1: Read and discuss Videohistoria on pages 52-53, complete Workbook pages 24-25. Spanish 2: Finish quiz and Tema 1B vocabulary. Conjugate list of 13 stem-changing verbs in present tense.

Spanish 1:  Reviewed Tema 1B Vocabulary on pages 50-51, then completed Workbook pages 22-23.  Students finished copying Tema 1B vocabulary on page 70.

Spanish 2:  Students took a quiz on Tema 1A, then began copying Tema 1B vocabulary on page 68.

Spanish 1: Took notes, then assigned workbook pages 17-20.

Spanish 2: Took notes.

Spanish 1: We reviewed workbook page 16. We completed page 30, actividad 5. Took notes on infinitives, then completed workbook page 17.

Spanish 2: We read the Videohistoria on pages 20-21, then completed Actividad 3. Then we completed workbook pages 5-8 (due tomorrow).

Lunes

Spanish 1: We read and discussed the Videohistoria on pages 28-29, then completed actividades 3-4. Workbook pages 15-16.

Spanish 2: We reviewed and discussed vocabulary on pages 18-19, completed actividad 1. Worked on pages 5-6 in workbooks.

Viernes

Spanish 1: We reviewed Tema 1A vocabulary on pages 26-27, then completed pages 13-14 in the workbooks.

Spanish 2: We took notes on and discussed pages 14-15 in textbooks, then students finished working on vocabulary 1A puzzle handout.

Miércoles y Jueves

Spanish 1: On Wednesday, we finished working on Weather Forecast Projects. On Thursday, most groups presented their projects, then students copied new vocabulary for Tema 1A on page 46.

Spanish 2: On Wednesday, students completed Poemas and turned them in. On Thursday, students copied new vocabulary for Tema 1A on page 40 then began working on Tema 1A vocabulary puzzles ( handout ).

Martes

Spanish 1:  Began working on Weather Forecast Project, pgs. 22-23 in Packets.

Spanish 2:  Para Empezar Unit Quiz.  Begin working on Poemas en diamante on page 17 in Packets.

Viernes

Spanish 1:  We will work on page 18.  Packets (pages 1-21) are due on Tuesday!

Spanish 2:  We will work on pages 14-16.  Packets (pages 1-16) are due Tuesday!

Miércoles y Jueves

Spanish 1:  We took notes on the weather vocabulary and subject pronouns, the completed page 21.  Thursday, we took a quiz on the entire Para Empezar unit, then began working on page 18.

Spanish 2:  We reviewed present tense verbs, then worked on pages 14-16.
